Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sah Business Family provides software development and related professional services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All deliverables are digital, and "delivery" refers to the electronic handover of software, source code, documentation, credentials or access as agreed with you.
What we deliver
- Web and mobile applications, and their source code
- Cloud deployments and access to hosted environments
- Design assets, documentation and technical deliverables
- Ongoing support and maintenance, where contracted
Method of delivery
Deliverables are provided electronically through channels such as email, a shared repository (e.g. Git), a cloud storage link, a deployment to your hosting environment, or access to an agreed platform. No item is dispatched by courier or post.
Delivery timelines
Timelines are defined in your proposal or statement of work ("SOW") and depend on project scope, milestones and the timely provision of inputs and approvals from your side. We share estimated dates for each milestone and keep you updated on progress. Delays caused by pending inputs, approvals or payments may shift the schedule accordingly.
Confirmation of delivery
On completion of a milestone or the final deliverable, we notify you by email with the relevant files, links or access details. A deliverable is considered delivered once these details have been made available to you.
Access and licences
Any third-party services required to run or host your solution (such as domains, hosting, or paid APIs) are provisioned as agreed. Related subscription or licence fees are billed separately and are governed by the respective provider's terms.
